This sponsor payment page provides a simple and secure way for sponsors to submit their donations for department initiatives and special events, including our annual 5K Run and Junior Firefighter Challenge. Sponsorship Levels
Our sponsorship program is divided into four levels—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—so that individuals and businesses can choose the level of support that best fits their goals. Each tier offers its own set of benefits and recognition opportunities, which are outlined below. No matter which level you select, your contribution helps strengthen the Argyle Volunteer Fire Department and supports our mission within the community.
Bronze Sponsor
$100–$249
Bronze Sponsors receive a 12” x 12” name or business logo placement on a shared sponsor banner displayed at the event, along with recognition on our website as an official event sponsor. This level provides an affordable way to support the Argyle Volunteer Fire Department while gaining valuable community visibility.
Silver Sponsor
$250–$749
Silver Sponsors receive a 24” x 36” name or business logo placement on a shared banner with other Silver-level supporters at the event. Your name or logo will also be featured on event handouts, and you’ll be recognized in AVFD social media posts related to the event. This level offers strong visibility while directly supporting our community events and mission.
Gold Sponsor
$750–$1,000
Gold Sponsors receive a prominent 48” x 60” personal banner displayed at the event, along with their name or business logo featured on all event handouts. Sponsors at this level are highlighted in all AVFD social media posts related to the event and receive a dedicated “Thank You” post on the AVFD Facebook page. Gold Sponsors are also listed on our website as official event sponsors, offering exceptional visibility and community recognition.
Platinum Sponsor
$1,250+
Platinum Sponsors receive a 48” x 60” personal banner displayed prominently at the event, with their name or business logo also featured on all event handouts. They are recognized in all AVFD social media posts related to the event and receive a dedicated “Thank You” post on the AVFD Facebook page. Platinum Sponsors are listed on our website as official event sponsors and are invited to our annual Awards Banquet, where they will be presented with a special thank-you plaque. This level offers the highest visibility and recognition for supporting the Argyle Volunteer Fire Department and our community initiatives.
