Saturday crews tested 2,050 feet of hose. It made for a long hot day. Annually Argyle Volunteer Fire Department conducts several hose tests through the year on all hoses to make sure that the hose is not leaking or developed deformities since the last time it was tested.
This is not the funniest part of being in the fire department but it insures the hose is good when it is needed. It also builds those leg muscles lol!
