Argyle VFD responded to a reported structure fire on Josephine St. around 11:08 pm last night that claimed a life. Argyle Volunteer City of DeFuniak Springs Fire Department Liberty Volunteer Fire Departmentand Walton County Fire Rescue all worked together to extinguish the flames. Walton County Sheriff, Michael A. Adkinson, Jr. deputiesRedCross and Gulf Power Company responded to the scene as well. Within 10 minutes of the initial attack the fire was knocked down.
